Can't turn on Grit Classifier 01
I understand exactly how to do everything at the site, so I think this might be a bug.

I repaired Grit Classifier 02 (with the CD) and turned on both classifiers via the computer BEFORE I tried activating Grit Classifier 01, and so now I can't turn on Grit Classifier 01, since I can't turn OFF Grit Classifier 02 anymore. It's permanently on, even if I go to the computer and disable all the functions of both classifiers.

I tried following the instructions, turning off the four steelwork pipes, leaving the two sewer pipes on, and yet nothing happens when I push the Grit Classfier 01 button. It remians off. I also tried activating it with the steelpipes ON, and that doesn't work either. ...and I think that it's because of the last step: Grit Classifier 02 is working, and so 01 won't start.

why not restart the chapter? It begins right there doesn't it?
But I do understand that this might be a bug to be addressed.

After being stumped for so long, I decided to just give up on the achievement and move on, since you can solve it with only 02.
Also, if you keep staring at that instructional sign for long enough, you begin to question it: Are those instructions for how you ARE to use this classifier, or how you AREN'T to use this classifier? ...since you're meant to use the new one?
...because this part of the puzzle makes no sense: The steelworks needs to dump their waste water somewhere, right? ...but since the treatment plant has gotten a new classifier, they apparently only treat a small amount of SEWER water now, instead, since those are the only pipes that you must leave on. ...but the OLD classifier, it only runs on ANTI-waste, since in order to start the classifier, you need to turn OFF the waste going into the classifier. ...and at on point does any of these classifier handle BOTH waste types.

I'm guessing that I never tried turning on the steelwork pipes and then turn OFF the sewer lines, before trying to turn on Classifier 01. ...because THAT would have made SENSE, despite it MAYBE being against these unclear instructions.

I think, that the steel mill is defunct and does not produce waste any longer. And if it does, you would not want to mix that toxic waste with the city waste being processed now.
But I don't know if I got the achievement...
