Hidden Morse Code Message in VHS Tape Projector

I don't know where in the game this was, but at some point you enter this old abandoned office with that has a running projector that accepts VHS tapes. In one of the VHS tapes you find on a shelf, it plays a morse code message (I could hear the distinct beeping). Has anyone decoded the message?
