Purple Keycard

So i've looked around the ENTIRTY of turnip hills, and I cant find the "mayors office", or where the keycard should be.

Help?

About ready to jack it in. Party>hole in wall>been to each floor>found battery and purple card sensor>but still no card anywhere. Please help an old man!

Door with purple card reader should have a panel on the floor in front of it, open panel, add red fuse to missing slot, set it to override bridge control (you can only do one), climb up stairs, jump through window on bridge. Keycard is on desk in office with locked door, have to go out of a window in cubicle office room to climb on pipe to reach the right office with keycard.

Thanks veryinky, I had finally got over the bridge by jamming the door with my body whilst then lowering the platform. Your detail on broken window much appreciated.

You didn't even need to do that. Once you override the drawbridge, just go up a flight of stairs and drop down onto the lowered bridge
