Achievement for flushing a poo?

Watching a streamer tonight and she wondered why you could pick up a poo from the sink between the logging area and the cave (in the building - no more details, since spoilers) and flush it down the toilet and there was no achievement for doing so. It probably took more computing power to flush that virtual turd than it took to fly man to the moon? What say you developers?

There's also a turd in the bathroom sink and it's flushable.
