I have gotten thru the tunnel after the villa and am at the boathouse. Mark sez something about a motor. I dropped the boat but see no way to advance. tried to get to second level but unable.

walk across the boat to the other side. Then you can make your way up the steps to where the motor is use those boxes in the water to make it easier to get back to the boat area

How do you get through the tunnel? I've lit the fire, attached the hand wheel, and fiddled with the valves, but the water isn't draining.

first there was the large red pipe on the ceiling to open, there was a valve upstairs, then the fire, now here i wasn't sure but when I think it worked is when I saw steam, it maybe that I opened first the nearest valve and then the one attached to the larger piesce of metal -like twin funnels. Keep playing and checking, Mark never said anything to me when it was correct.

I assume you have figured where to go while in the boat? I've been motoring around all over creation but all I can find are dead ends.
