A couple of things I noticed
1. Ki Field and Fierce Claw don't seem to be learnable on the new tems? I think I'm still missing one or two of them but so far they have not shown up in the pool for the new guys at all.

2. Gear options feel pre-selected. Here's what I mean: I play Pigepic, and the single piece of gear I always need is Kismut Lens, but it'll only show up in my pool 1 run out of 5 sometimes. In the runs it doesn't show up, I keep getting the same 5 or 6 options in my level up screen constantly . It feels as though the game is pre-selecting what gears to give me as an option in the run and the rest of them never show up, to the point where even using re-rolls just gives me the same choices without any change. So either I'm extremely unlucky or the game just decides which gears to give you and you have to pick them no matter who you're playing or what you're trying to build for. That feels pretty miserable.

3. To go off from #2 a bit: blocking a technique or gear you don't want just wastes your level, so most of the time I end up not using it just to get any kind of an advantage, even if it's something I don't want or doesn't fit into my build; but that means I'll keep getting that unwanted technique or gear constantly in my level up screen until I bite the bullet and block it. That really sucks.

Hey, i also posted about the number 2. I agree that this is how it feels like. Some developer commented and said that its 100% random, and i believe that the developers think that it is like this, but as a programmer myself, i know that unexpected things can happen in larger systems. I would like to see improvements on the "randomness" of the choices of perks, but i think a good workaround to make things feel better for the players is to make it so that the "block perk" option you can unlock in the skill tree would let you block a perk without losing the level completely. When i first saw the block option i was super stoked about it, but after trying it once i saw that you lose that level completely if you choose to use it. If the developers made it so that you can block a perk without losing the level itself i think it would make the game feel much better.

Platypet and Pigepic can use ki-field and fierce claw for sure the others just have abilities which met their type.

I'm probably definitely wrong about Ki Field and Fierce Claw. I thought because it was neutral any temtem could learn it.

I understand why pigepic can learn it because its wind/neutral I think (it can learn almost everything I guess, at least neutral, wind and earth abilities) but I dont get it why Platypet can learn it I mean if its because Platypet has claws then Innki should be able to use it too.

Yeah it feels a little arbitrary.
