Feedback about Synergies and Stat display
Hello everyone,
Tldr at the end if needed.

I see two problems with the game that I have not seen anyone else mention yet (if it was please point me in the direction of that thread).

These are the clarity of your skills/stats and how some synergies seem to be a lot weaker than their base skill.

1. Stats.
Some things are obvious, if you have a gear that gives you x% more damage than you will do x% more damage.
But than there are things like defense and attack and attack for techniques and it is very unclear how they interact. The crystal starter for example can get up to 18 more defense with his innate skill and the mind starter can get 12 more attack. That is nice, but I have no idea at all how much more/less damage that is.
Then we have upgades gained trhough dropped boxes and if a techniue gets upgraded you will not be told how the technique changed.
If you press "esc" you can see your gears and techniques and for gears it shows what it does (for example x% more damage or 0,3 life regeneration per second) but for techiques it does not show anything that gives me good information. I would like it If it would show me the stats of my attacks (how much projectiles, how much area, projectile speed, .....) if possible with the base numbers in front and then a +x nuber behind for upgrades. It would also be nice if having your mouse over your technique or gear would show which other technique/gear is affect by it or affecting it, similiarly how it is shown when choosing one to level up.

Showing which gear affect which techique and wanting to see attack stats brings me to my second point

2. Synergies:
Many Synergies "feel" very weak compared to theyr base attacks. I writte "feel" here because the information I get is very limited. When looking at the end of game screen you can see the different damage done by base techniques and their evolved form. Often the damage is somewhat equall or just slightly above the base form for the same amount of time. Keep in mind though that the base form has to go through level 1-6 before it can be upgraded and when you have the synergy you will also have better gear (so more damage).

I believe part of the problem is that some gears work with the base forms but not the synergies.
The best and easiest to observe example is the belt gear that gives +1/+2 additional projectiles.
There are multiple base techniques that get +3 projectiles via the belt gear and the meta upgrade. For some of them that is a 100% dmg potential increase. But than the synergised form is a single projectile attack, making it lose a massive amount of damage.
Depending on how many of your techniques are now affacted by the belt gear it might even mean that the gear choice itself was a waste.

Synergies should not destroy how gears interact with a technique, otherwise nobody that has not 100% commited every gear, techique and synergy combo to memory will be able to play the game properly.

It would also help to see the exact values of synergies (like mentioned for techniques in point 1) to see what advantages they really have over their base form, some synergies are just so wildly different that I believe this to be necessary.

Tldr: I would like more clarity when it comes to what stats on your temtem do, what the exact attributes of techniques are (projectile number, critchance, projectile speed,....), additionally I would like for synergies to not break their interaction with gears./TlDr

I definitely agree with this. For example, Smazee's default Technique doesn't feel stronger when it becomes a synergy. It just seems like a knockback with less damage.

A machine gun blow kind of move would have been awesome since the Chop becomes a multi-chop.
