When you play co-op with a friend both of you get the rewards on your own game!
We'll see maybe the game will be so fun I won't mind, but on paper it sounds like a very odd decision to not have the game support all Temtems playable.
But at the cost of every character only having 1 attack, just like in Vampire Survivor and every other character can use the same attack by randomly getting it.
So more likely would be just skins.
Best is prolly having type specific tem tem builds, and then just skin transmogs of other temtems with the same type requirement (or not).
