how to get "A Fistful of Dollars" achievement?

I assumed it would have to deal with not spending much money, but I don't know if/how that would be possible. No clue how to do it.

I think it's bugged or the description is vaguely written.

You can get a max score of 7 like in the original by doing this:

1. Clean myself up
2. Blow Job
3. Pay
4. Facial
5. Pay
6. Look
7. Offer a Hand Job
8. Cream Pie
9. Pay
10. Kiss

Congrats, you got the most bang for your buck.

However, I did not get the achievement so I have no idea what else it could be.

Since it seems the achievement is broken... screw it. I tend to use this to remove achievements if I want to re-earn them, but look in to getting the SAM (Steam Achievement Manager)

It can be used to add in the broken ones as well if the creators wont fix it. I'm going to give them some more time to fix it, but... if they don't, might as well.

I've a similar problem. I'm unable to get the last achievement "A Fistful of Dollars". At the moment I see that 1.2% of players have succeeded. It's somewhat comforting that I am not the only one struggling with this. Is there any way to report the creator about the problem?
