Death vs Conquest

Somehow i managed to get Meat Boy achievement without any problems. And now i'm trying to get Bandage Girl. I simply pick Azazel (he's op, and can finish most normal games), restart until i get Book of Revelations, and just play my game, getting Bandages. Did it twice for now. And twice got damn Conquest, with Pony instead of 4th Ball. Is Death even present in game after Conquest is unlocked?

Bandage, not bondage.
Death is present, but Conquest appears stupidly often.
Book of Rev isn't the only way, there is also a few more ways like the famous Sharp Plug + Pyromaniac + Dr fetus, epic fetus, or ipecac + The wafer (this one is optional) + monster manual

It require much more luck to get all this stuff in single run, than getting Book at first floor.

Think about it.
Book of Rev first floor, still gotta go all the way to the Womb, and chances are that you'll not get all bandages or meat cubes.
Then you have to deal with the huge problem that is Conquest which means no Death. If you get Conquest, you have to reset entire run and try again and get all the bandages and cubes again.
In the way i said, you dont have to go all the way to the womb, you dont have to worry about getting Conquest, you dont have to worry about not getting all bandages/cubes (You'll get it eventually with the manual)
I believe that some person said there was roughly a 0.01 chance of getting it with book of rev on first floor and getting the same cubes/bandages every floor, etc

It's not about how impossible is Book of Rev method, it's about how much another methods are more possible.

Ok, fixed thread to avoid further "bondage" discussion.
Btw, third time got damn Conquest. That's not fun, you know. Using any of methods mentioned above requires a lot of luck. In my current run, i've got Epic Fetus and Habit, but i will be very lucky to unlock it this way, since there were no signs of Pyromaniac or Monser Manual so far (i'm in Depth II at the moment).

Well, it looks, Conquest got all chances of appearance of all another alternative bosses, since i have never seen triachnid, gish and chad aside of boss rush (except first one, i've never seen him at all).

Not true actually, in any particular run if a horseman drops a Cube of Meat all the other horsemen will all drop Cubes of Meat, and same for the Ball of Bandages.

The issue is solely actually getting all four normal horsemen in a single run.

Use Book of Rev the first 3 times, then don't use it on the Womb and hope like hell that you get death, i got Meat Boy with luck with not getting conquest, but then my internett was down so i made another save and unlocked azazel and book of rev then restarted until i got book of rev and avoided deal with the angel to not unlock conquest

I think they might have patched it, since it's been the case for me for a while. I managed to get Bandage Girl to level three and just spammed a Monster manual and got her. For Meat Boy I spent hours trying to get the Pyro/fetus/plug combo going to no avail, then I tried a Book of Revelations run, using it only once per floor, and Hallelujah I got Death.

But yeah, all meat or all bandages per run.

Oh, now i got Death without book of rev, but it was first damn ball, since i was hoping to abuse monster manual (got it with the plug, was hoping for some infinite battery/health method, but it didn't happen).
