Isaac's Heart is Weird

As the title suggests, this is me spewing things about Isaac's Heart. I've been grinding out Bandage Girl and Meat Boy, no luck so far. D6d some crap item into Isaac's heart and though, eh. Why not.

Isaac's Heart gives you a heart follower identical to the Heart of a Child trinket. You take no damage, but your Heart does. It turns out that this makes you immune to spikes and Curse Room doors.

The part that got me, you spend no health giving to blood banks and Beggars. I had found a blood bank and was gonna grind out D6 charges on it. Was surprised.

TL;DR: Isaac's Heart is way better than it looks.
Edit: And while 99% of enemies will tager you, Mom's Hands will target the Heart.

It's kind of a situational item, but most of the time the item is pretty terrible in my opinion. Getting it with something like blood rights is basically 'gg' though.

It's very weird getting used to having your hitbox lag behind you, but it seems like it could be very very good with the right combination.

It's like Guillotine for me.
Pretty good upsides really but it messes with my head and ends up killing me against the easiest enemies.
I'd rather have the over it any day though (unless a mask transformation was added where you controlled Isaac as a mask with WASD and you controlled the heart via the arrow keys, that would be awesome)

Got it on the chest on an eve run, if it hadn't be curse of the unknown I would never have taken it, I had no chance against Blue Babe and died like 12 times (strange how the collar will keep resurecting you in those instances :P): I officially hate this item... with all my heart!

Kamikaze would damage the heart with the blast unless you could run fast enough for the heart to be out of the blast radius.
