Items for Real Platinum God

So i was wondering how many items are shown on the stats screen for items collected as i have 333 and would like to know how many the people that have achieved real platinum god have.

Collect every single one in the game. Use the D6 for getting these items you need for Platinum god.

341 items: If you look at the collection pages the items are in a 10x10 grid, or 100 items per page. There are three full pages and the 4th is only about half a page.

Actually, its 343 items according to the Items page itself, and when I add in the total number of items I've currently found (336), and add in the question marks (I counted 7), I also get 343. Counting the number of items that appear on the page you linked to though, it also counts as 341 (10x10 grid, and then a 4x10+1), so I'm curious as to what the missing 2 items are from the list.

Huh, that is interesting. Maybe it's something to do with Super meatboy/bandage girl. Maybe their walking form counts as another invisible item.

I think that actually makes the most sense. Cube of Meat/Ball of Bandages is already there, so they couldn't add it a second time, and there is no visual for the 4th level item since you can't pick it up directly, so this would make the most sense. I think the only way to prove it though would be for someone who is missing both Achievements, but has every other item obtained, to post their item numbers. If they're 2 short, that means this is indeed the case.
