From all my experience, The Binding of Isaac seems to have NO good guys. Everyone and everything is evil, wicked and depraved. As the game itself says, Everything is Terrible!

Pretty much, but I feel like the golden door has something to do with Dad, I mean there's no mums key, but there is a dads key.

Mega Satan is behind that door.

Also in the chest ending Isaac's mom comes at someone with a knife to protect him, as referenced by the photographs. In the lamb ending she's searching for him. I think Isaac is his own worst enemy at the detriment to his mom.

I got feeling like eden is isaacs father coz you can only play as him after killing mom's heart (collecting eden tokens or something like this). So if my theory is true then question is, is eden good guy?

Show me a pic? I haven't encountered nor heard of a Mum's key. Unless you mean the boss key which gives you 2 keys and increases golden key chances.

Dad might just be Satan. Since Mom disallows Isaac any good or any love, Dad might just be the representation of the best thing he lost - hyperbolised by his mom into the "supreme evil". Plus, you can hear a masculine voice shouting "Isaac" in the Satan bossfight.

Just my 2 cents.

If Mom is supposed to be Abraham... Also, that story takes place on Mount Moriah, so this would be the Moria?

I feel like Isaac's dad is a good person. Daddy Long Legs watches over Isaac and kills his enemies. Dad's Key opens up all doors, allowing Isaac to escape from trouble. The Big Gold Door is locked by his dad but can be unlocked by his key, so not sure what to think of that. I don't know, I like to be optimistic.

His dad is the key to all his problems, the key allowing him to go anywhere and escape or get into anything. Problems? Root seems to be his dad. His dad would also be his answer to things, which would easily explain why it lets him get into or out of wherever, even if it's bad, because the possibility of using that escape or solution in a negative way and whatnot.

Too bad Daddy Long Legs is actually a giant spider boss or it would be kinda heartwarming, though its nice that he helps you.

Sorry to say but Isaac's dad ran away. That's why when you use his key it allows you to run away from your "problems", the enemies, like a runaway father does.

I think that either his dad IS Mega Satan or he is the keeper of the key, kinda like a guard to the pits of hell. another one of my theories is that at the end of the mega Satan fight, it shows a clip of Isaac becoming a demon which could mean that in literal terms the Isaac you play as has in fact always been a demon, think back to the ending of the chest, it shows a picture of Isaac in a room with a black thing with horns, Kinda like the one in the last cutscene, God realizing this stops his mother, thinking that this is in fact the real Isaac, so he spares him. But in the end he sees he was wrong and resurrects the mom hence why she comes back. God sends the horsemen after him, and his dad AKA Mega Satan sends the 7 deadly sins, thinking that he will try to steal his power. The key is guarded by angels as if someone were to be able/unable to defeat mega Satan they would either Release him upon the world or absorb his power, so he has the angels guard it. The normal Isaac is a vision from god showing the fake Isaac that he was merely adopting his psykey and the chest is showing him exactly what he has done. The Satan fight is him going against all of his sin and the lamb, which is normal know as Jesus he sees as someone who is evil but in actuality he is killing the son of god.
Well thats just my two sense of it, ive had theories about isaac for a long time and with rebirth, it just seems to cement them even more.
