Quickest Way to get Secret Room Items?

The last items I need are Undefined, Black Lotus, and 1-up. All of which are secret room items. Is there a faster way other than rerolling existing secret room items or rerolling beggar drops in secret rooms? It's getting annoying.

Aside from outright cheating, no.

Start as Isaac
Bomb the empty wall near your spawn
Go in hole
Reroll item (If in there) with the D6
Restart
Repeat

I got The Liver and Missing No. via this method. It is time taking, but what isn't in this game.

Make breaking run and roll a bit in a secret room, you'll get everything you need.

The aforementioned method (Captain Cactus' strat) works a lot faster than you'd think it does, too. You'll get secret rooms far more often than you'd expect, and while it is monotonous, if you just put on some music, the time goes kinda quickly.

Don't use seeds, they can't give you items in your collection page.

I've tried that strat and the secret room is never there. I don't even have the D6 yet I think

It takes a while, but you have to keep trying. Like when you try to get Super Meat Boy or Super Bandage Girl.

You can also abuse secret rooms this way-Find a room with 20 mushrooms and explode all of them.There should be some pedestals(magic and mini mush).Bring judgement card with you if you can.Reroll everything you can.Try to restart until you get x-ray specs,it works too
