Finally beat the Suicide King challenge!
Sorry I just had to make a post, this took me like 50 tries ;)

Surprised I didn't do it with mom's knife or brimstone either. I had mom's pearl (Cursed Charge Shot) and that allowed me to fire 4 of the tears at a time. I was able to switch Isaac phases in only two volleys each.

BTW, am I the only one having trouble unlocking the small rock? I swear I blew up hundreds of dark rocks (I have golden god achieve), but it's still locked for me. Anyone else with that problem?

Challenges disable achievements, which was why your rock-destroying exploits didn't count.

Mom's Pearl isn't the cursed charge shot. That's the Cursed Eye.

Ah yeah sorry they have like the same graphics. It's usually a terrible item, but it really shines in this challenge.

Not really. The Cursed Eye is smaller (a little bigger than the bead part of the Rosary Bead). Not to mention Mom's Pearl is a trinket, so you'd see it in the corner if you had it.

I got Mom's Knife and killed that one. Yay Devil Rooms!
