Batteries
So if you have all of the battery items in the game, would they significantly cut down on the cooldown time on space bar weapons?

Take guppy's head, it can be brought down to being a rechargeable space bar item (though only when in rooms with enemies) if you have the 9 volt and one of the new trinkets. Granted I didnt' have the other battery item, so I couldn't tell if it would recharge faster with all of them.

I haven't been able to test this out with any of the normally rechargeable use space bar items, would they just become instant use (or maybe just faster recharge)?

The Trickle Charge trinket reduces the number of rooms you need to clear to recharge by one. The Battery allows you to store a double charge, letting you use the item twice in the same room if you have it fully charged.
I haven't gotten the 9-Volt yet so I don't know if it halves the charge time of items or charges them some while there are enemies in the room.
If you have all of these, you'll be using your items a LOT.

Well using the 9 volt with the trickle charge makes guppy's head recharge during rooms with enemies (not sure if it did that normally, as it never does that when I don't have those items). Could have sworn the 9 volt just decreased the recharge time by one.
Then the 9-Volt charges items while in combat.

9 Volt reduces rooms to charge by 1 and if it is already 1 then the item starts charging on a timer.

So you're saying that the 9-Volt does the exact same thing that the Trickle Charge trinket does only it adds a timer for one room items? That's lame.

Except that being able to reuse 1-charge items is very powerful and it doesn't take up any sort of slot, yeah. But who would want a reuseable Tammy's+Brimstone on Mega Satan anyway.

Wait, so those two batteries synergize well then (for the 2 charge items that is), does the trickle charge do anything for the normally one charge items? I didn't have The Battery, so I couldn't really tell if it would do anything. Would The Battery cause it to charege faster (for the ones that became reusable)?

There needs to be enemies in the room for the charge to kick in.
