Is it possible to drop items?

Left Ctrl swaps pills if you can carry more than one. You can't drop your items

Also for those who are just learning about this it also works for trinkets too. Except the Tick trinket for obvious reasons.

...and if you are holding a trinket AND a consumable (i.e. a pill/card) it will drop both
