tmtrainer is cool but if you want to experience the item you can do the ''glitched challenge'' in a normal run i is too chaotic.
BUT
I love how the ''I am error'' room have a Confirmed TMTRAINER glitched item inside

Honestly I’m surprised the glitch challenge doesn’t unlock TMTRAINER, would fit the theme

Fun fact, The Stairway in anti birth was called jacobs ladder, just a coincidence but still kinda cool

also Its hurts is basicly the cooler vericous veins, at least vericous veins effect is affected by tear modifiers
