seems u get random stuff to drop on ground when shooting tears, killing mobs and using bombs

i keep finding black hearts, coins, red hearts on the floor a lot, it has to be this item, how many tears or bombs i couldn't tell u, it seems very random drop rate

warning it can generate "trol bombs" so be careful

I thought that was the effect of keepers head? I carried around golden horseshoe before but didn't notice anything obvious it did

thought the same, but end of the day its troll item, it has benefits, but it can blow up in your face

I picked it up on a run today, on the next floor when I picked up a penny it said Luck Up. So I think it has a small chance of increasing your luck when you pick up coins.

Have you unlocked the lucky penny acheivement yet (by donating a penny in the greed donation machine) because if you have it may have just been the normal lucky penny proc :/

Ah, it must have been lucky pennies then. It is odd though, most runs I find zero lucky pennies, but during the run with the golden horse shoe I found 2. You may have been right the about lucky penny chance increase, or the RNG was especially good to me.

More than likely it just makes finding lucky pennies a bit more frequent.

Still... part of me can't help but wonder if one of these mystery trinkets could be part of the puzzle to unlock the secret character, similar to the Missing Poster and the Lost.

It could always be rng luck, but I noticed significantly better/more frequent payouts from machines (slot, etc) and just generally more consumables than normal. Not enough to be totally obvious, but enough to be suspicious.

im not sure but i think it has a chance of droping a trinket because i cleared a room and a trinket spawned next to me (and not in the middle as ussual)
