If the implicit question was "which one should I buy", you should know each expansion requires the previous one to work.
Repentance requires Afterbirth+, which itself requires Afterbirth, which obviously requires Rebirth (base game).
So you can't get Repentance alone, even though people think it is better than any other.

Repentance --> Antibirth --> Afterbirth --> Afterbirth+

As already mentioned, later DLC require all previous DLC. But Antibirth isn't an official DLC available on Steam, but a fan-made expansion. I mention this, because it's really good and also, what Repentance is based on (the same guy made this), so it's also somewhat a demo of Repentance. Antibirth only works with the base game (Rebirth) and is not compatible with any DLC.
