how do i wreck greed mode AND donate coins

im ultra mega salty because i have the lost but no holy mantle, so i want to unlock it on greed

get a starter deck, with the activite item that generates cards.


look for chaos and cards against humanity


chaos greed then pop cards.


all the poop turns golden in ultra greeds room ( unless it's just greedier mode )


or just play other characters

unlock blank card, jera, sack of sacks can help a lot.

Avoid unlocking any other rune besides jera

Mr.me + car battery is almost 100% chance to steal items from shop. Its great for getting super strong. Even by himself if you have no other space bar item he can be worth the gamble. If you can get a shop with a battery or an on sale batteries even better.

d20 can break greed mode like always.

You can break greed mode wide open with the infinite combos, but I found it got extremely boring to do so long before I reached lost's unlock threshold for the machine.
I'd really recommend just trying to get better at learning how to efficiently take out enemies and make judgement calls for when to stop the waves.

If your really lucky you can enter the greed fight with

90+ cents, blank card, 2 2 of diamonds, tarrot cloth, starter deck, The battery, on a character you've never beat greed mode on (0% jam chance)

And with extra luck the machine won't jam before you've put over 200-300+ into it.

You would have to be VERY lucky.

I was, I got a machine from like 700 or 800 to 1000 on a single run thanks to the above.

I would have tried to do 3 uses of the glowing hour glass but it so rare now in greed mode and never showed up in a well off run.

I've used the hourglass combo to get about 250ish coins in in one run, but I got bored when it went down to an average of 4 per ultra greed kill, and it took a long time to buy/reroll items until I got the hourglass.

hey friend the best way is to play with every character. It lessens the chance of the greed machine locking. You have one item at the start. Rerolling isnt a bad strat

Stop buying stuff by the time you reach Sheol. You should be able to enter the Ultra Greed fight with 50+ coins. If you are feeling confident with your build by the time you reach the Womb, stop spending coins there instead.

Also, make sure to beat Greed Mode as different characters. The more that one character donates money, the more likely that it will jam for them. Switch characters after each successful run to minimize the machine jamming.
