Blue womb after 30 min.
I've seen videos where after 30 minutes the people kill It lives and they can access to Blue womb. Is it a mod? How is it possible?

?, referred to as Blue Womb or Dead Womb in the OST, is a new chapter added in the Binding of Isaac: Afterbirth expansion. It is unlocked by defeating Mom's Heart for the 10th time.
It's not that hard to google it...

He's talking about people accessing Blue Womb after running out of time (running the timer over 30 minutes).

You can force open the Blue Womb entrance by using a shop item called Mama Mega on womb II.

But OP can be right too then. When only Mama Mega can open entrance, it also possible with some modded item/mechanic.

it opened for me after 30 min with no mods and no mama mega. void also opened. I think if you get offered void after it lives fight then blue womb will open even after the 30 min time limit.
