What Repentance challenges do you recommend?

I have never been a big fan of the challenges in Isaac, finding most of them not that fun or borderline broken. I was ignoring the challenges in Repentance until I decided to try Isaac’s Awakening, which ended up a lot more fun than I thought it would be.

What challenges of the new DLC would you recommend doing?

all of them

they give you new items to play with, and thats always a plus

pica run is a full trinket run, it's interesting.
bloody mary is meh, but it unlocks a really good trinket.
scat man is gimmicky but easy and only goes to mom
cantripped is really fun and interesting

challenge 45 is the best challenge in the whole game :)

I love Challenge 44, but it's hard as hell. Only one I've got left.

I still don't really understand what was going on in this challenge. What is it that heals you when you run into enemies? It was a walk through the park.

it's the poop transformation, heals you whenever you destroy poop

Does it count if you run into the poop familiars too? Maybe that's what was happening.

if you touch an enemy with e coli you turn them into poop which heals you back

Only didn't like 40, 42, 44. Mostly because sometimes there's nothing you can do if rng ♥♥♥♥♥ you over. Every other challenge can be fun or challenging in a good way.

45 is honestly amazing with how broken certain items are, for better or worse.
