How often do you fight the boss inside the mirror?

I usually skip it every time personally. If it rain maker I might fight it. But usually anything else is nope.

If I have an op start I don't want to throw it away on a chance. If I have a weak build and need the power I'll probably die due to the fight length.

Usually there's no real reason not to do it unless the Mirror Boss is difficult, like Colostima.

Unless it is the Colostomy or the stupid Firefly Husk i do it. Extra item is extra item after all.

almost always do it. Most bosses i find them pretty easy

Always. I use bombs/cards to make the fight easier.

I usually see how I do against the real world boss first. If I don't take any damage, I go for the mirror boss. If I do get hit, I just get the knife piece and bail

Check if the boss is easy or not and if I got good enough items, otherwise no.

Honestly, it's so early in a run that the only thing you're really risking is your streak. Since I've pretty much given up on ever having a streak worth bragging about... Well, I'm still a bit of a coward.

Well it's easy grab the mirror and toss it on the boss's face and watch as the boss screams isaac's name and then you win the game

Always unless it's Colostomia because that's the only Downpour/Dross boss I'm not confident with.
