Or just not jamming period, who in the dev team actually cares if you get it filled in one run?
and more items, and mechanics definitely need to scale off of luck. golden trinkets for example should scale off luck instead of flat 2%
However there is no excuse for them still jamming once you have already completed them.
I don't think that's needed. There are some ways to improve luck. By items, pills, lucky coins. I had runs with 20+ luck, so it's not impossible. But some luck based items should be rebalanced, so that luck effects them more. And like I said, many other chance-items don't even get influenced by luck, which I don't understand. I also have the feeling the luck lets break slot/donation machines much faster, which is most of the time NOT wanted, or at least it should result in the wanted jackpot item (like 99$ or blood bag).
Right now, if I get a luck down pill, I'm happy about it, since I don't care at all. It's really rare I had builds were luck was a real benefit.
I thought the cap was 10 luck, and any more was useless?
btw. someone said that the donate thingys jamming more likely the more you donate to them with the same character. so, gotta play with someone else and not only with your beloved favorite character x3
Some items with a random chance of working have different luck amounts that max out their chances (not necessarily for a 100% chance.)

and other powerful effects like euthanasia still only proc sometimes at 10 luck.
getting a few points above 10 is when things start to proc almost guaranteed from my experience at least.
but getting above 10 isn't really feasible without perfection, and perfection isn't really gonna happen unless you're one of a couple specific characters. so most the time luck ends up a stat that is barely noticeable or meaningful, because it almost never gets high enough to do the good stuff.
Well, with the rune of jera or D1 and you duplicate items on the ground. Ever found a luck coin or a luck-up-pill on the ground and had the D1? You can quite easily get 3-6 luck on one floor with the D1. And the items do the rest. So yeah, it's possible, but not to often.
About the donation machine: The one from greed gets stuck sooner the more you play your favorite character. The others shouldn't be affected.
