Empty Heart not working?
So, I got the Empty Heart while doing a multiplayer game with a friend of mine. We tried 2 floors, one where I had 1 empty heart container, and one where we -both- had 1 empty heart container, and it never activated. Is this a bug, or is the wiki wrong?

yeah it's not working for me either. bugged item most likely

If Isaac has one red heart or less at the beginning of a floor, an empty heart container is added.
As usual, the wiki is correct, but External Item Descriptions has false info.
