Hey I know what you're talking about, I've run into that camera before.
Honestly, I usually just bomb the nearest door (that I didn't just come thru, unless camera is in a dead end room) and hope I can make it out in time. The camera really is the biggest enemy in the game, though, so I seldom make it out in time.
If the mod of the game can zoom out, then obviously it's possible. Just a question of how difficult is it to implement without creating more bugs (do tears hit where they are on screen etc.) along the way.
I gonna take a look! That sounds interesting, but sadly it would affect all rooms, not only the big ones.
That would be a wonderful start!!
+ it would not be counted as mod and disable unlocks & achievements.
Now get a camera setting in which applies a higher "MaxScale" on big rooms and we're golden (and can't blame camera anymore on our abysmal skills :D )
then may I ask you kindly for your support and putting an award on this post? I think it will help keeping this afloat and not drown in all the forum posts. <3
Thanks for the insight! Really wholesome to see people actually engaging and not just writing "Git gud" :D
