Why did they nerf devil deals with The Lost ?
The Lost was my favourite characters in the game and now it feels like way harder to play him.
Now when you take a devil deal with the lost (Example : You have the choice between 3 items in the devil room), the others items disappear...
I don't really know why they make this change since it was really fun to take all items in the devil room with the Lost :'(

Hope it changes back !

Devil deals were a joke with the lost

And if you really liked the lost then you should think the aproximately 2 atomic seconds of invencibility frames of Holy mantle are a bigger deal than just the devil items

No reason to it, really. Agreed that the lost played better when you could at least bank on decent damage and flight. Then again with how diluted the devil pool is the odds of having 2+ decent items are slim anyway.

yeah the lost is really bad now, gotta just rely on gnawed leaf now to do any of the new bosses with him. i hope it gets reverted even if everything else stays the same the lost needs to be changed back.

Wait Gnawed Leaf still works? I would've thought it would been balanced to avoid broken runs

Because lost went from being a challenge, back before it had holy mantle, into a joke, when it had a super mantle AND unlimited devil deals.

It's now a challenge again on both counts. And still more forgiving than the original requirement for a literally prefect run.

At least the lost has a guaranteed good trinket after a few floors now... not spoiling if you haven't somehow seen it yet.

N e v e r pass Perfection up, it's physically impossible to lose it as The Lost
