Optimal way to farm rainbow poops?

I've tried the d12 for a little bit and It seems the chance of spawning a rainbow poop is incredibly low or not possible at all. Should I just be running through B1-B2 with azazel since those floors seem to have the most poop spawns?

I got it just by getting all the Forgotten unlocks, but first floor resetting works just as well.

I ended up just resetting in greed mode over and over and got the remaining poops pretty quickly. You can farm other achievements doing the exact same thing like the beds (beds frequently spawn in the spike rooms)

It can spawn rainbow poop (d12) but yeah, it's ridiculously rare.
