Easy way for 10 Blood Clot?
I'm trying to find a way to get 10 Blood Clot's to get the new item and I was wondering if there was an easy way to get them.

What I did was starting with Cain on Greed Mode and check both item rooms and the shop until I saw Blood Clot

(Note have not gotten it but here are some things that might work) Play greed mode (Impossible otherwise for the most Part) Doplopia Could be nice (Sorry for bad spelling of items) If you get a item pedistool of blood clot you could jera it hope for endless nameless (or trot if playing AB+) besides that i got nothing (Once again i am sorry for bad spelling)

Also is it 10 blood clots in one game? or in total?

In total. In one game would be quite impossible without cheating.

It's getting 10 Blood Clots in general not in 1 run

If you prefer a less grindy way to do this, keep in mind that bombing the womb's polyps in large numbers are a reliable way to get blood clot. It also helps that blood clot is a boss item pool drop.

Isn't this the achievement to unlock haemochloria? Ngl, that item kinda sucks imo, it's like a weaker IPECAC...

It was buffed little bit in bp5 so you don't have very ♥♥♥♥♥♥ tears down stat with it anymore. Still maybe not good item on start, but Oh boy! it has some amazing combinations.

I ended up saying screw it and getting tech after I got it lol, I just couldn't use it, only upside I can see is that you can't blow yourself to bits with it like you could with IPECAC.
