I just beat Mega Satan with The Lost by earning TWO Guppy's Body, and many more items, but mainly because of Guppy's Body as it allowed me to get to the Sacrifice Room to get the two key pieces. My stats was pretty good for a 12 damage and got Brimstone in Catherdral, so everything worked out as I expected THANK GOD

Voided every useful book+pause+placebo+blank card+dull razor+smelter

had Balls of Steel in one slot and 48 energy in the other

had all kinds of passive on hit effects but most importantly Stopwatch and Bloody Lust

also had Brimstone+Lokis Horns+Monstros Lung+Rubber Cement+Spoon Bender and a mess of other items and trinkets

basically infinite life, charges, pills, cards, and an ungodly ammount of lasers

Mega Stain didnt even know what hit him. too bad the void portal didnt apprear or I would have taught delerium a thing or two

I think this was like my 3rd Appolyon run
