My game is in Russian!

So, I literally just brough this game, and for some reason all of the text is in Russian. Does anyone know what has caused this? Or even how to fix it?

You can change the language in the option menu.

You'll find the file in C:\Users\Username\Documents\My Games\Binding of Isaac Afterbirth+

LOL. There is no Russian language in options. Only English and 中国话的.

Lmao why would I post this if I was lying?

Also, I managed to fix it. I had to delete a bunch of folders than contained Russian text, then I had to verify game data, and we good.
