Beating Unltra Greedier Doesn't unlock Ultra Greed kill items
I just beat Greedier mode with isaac without having ever defeated Greed mode and I only got the D1 and not Lil'Chest. If this is intended it almost feels wrong as it is a much grindier achievement to kill Ultra Greedier over Ultra Greed. Plus you kill Ultra Greed anyway so it just feels a bit off. If not intended I've only seen it happen on isaac but haven't done the other characters yet. Any one feel similarly/differently?

It is annoying and yes that is the standard for all characters.

Wow I'll have to remember to do greed mode first then so I don't miss a character on accident.
