Not sure about playing through all of them without falling in a pit or dying, but Checkpointless is assured.
Two quality-of-life improvements i still hope to see in the future:
1) Add the information to each level on the world-map, how many songs of how many maximum songs we have discovered.
2) Let us freely switch between all armor-upgrades we have purchased.
Other than that, awesome work, will happyly support you with every new project you'll release!
Will all these things also come to GoG?
As i own shovelknight on GoG it would be good to know if you plan on updating the game still on GoG and will release the planned Dlcs there too, or if you abandoned GoG?
Thanks for the answer.
Thanks for playing and for sharing your thoughts!
1) This info is available on the world map! Press the inventory button when standing over a stage, and it will display filled in/translucent song scrolls in the bottom right. For SK's campaign, it requires that you clear the final stage first.
2) You can switch for free by returning to the armor outpost. However, it's intentional that you cannot change your armor in the middle of a stage in Shovel Knight.
Plague of Shadows arrived as an update on GoG.com right when it arrived here. We'll be sure to do the same with Specter of Torment!
Keep up the good work.
Not sure, if its still correct to call updates "free", after price change (Not to complain - just sayin, that, coz newcomers will need to pay more, it looks more like "bundle with dlcs", than "free update").
