AFAIK
- GOG is cheaper
- GOG has no DRM

Humble gives you the DRM free download, plus a Steam key. They also have the lowest vendor fees (5%), which means more of your money goes to the dev.

(On the other hand, Humble doesn't always do DRM free, for some games GOG is the only source for that.)

Well steam has integration with achievements and cards, although you are getting a steam key there so w/e.
