Wow, that difficulty spike...
I was not expecting such a difficulty spike in this game. I'm at Tower of Fate: Entrance, and wow, this game just suddenly jumped like crazy.

I've died probably 10-15 times and only gone through maybe 5 or 6 rooms at most. There seems to be a lot more hardcore, fast-movement platforming while simultaneously fighting off annoying enemies at the same time.

Also, though I've played tons of platformers in my days, I absolutely ABSOLUTELY hate the "Walls that will move and crush you" obstacles.

EDIT:
Wow. This game took super retro platformer "difficulty" and went hardcore in these last levels... Which I don't necessarily like as much as the rest of the game was used to doing for difficulty. I don't have fun by dying over and over because a boss keeps taking away almost every platform block except a single square or two, then you get hit and fall to your death because you had nowhere to go.

I see you've beat the game. I died the most on Specter Knight's stage. I had the least deaths on the Enchantress, Tower of Fate: ???, and the final boss (forgot the official name). I really just got gud from my past playing of stages.

Yeah, I managed to complete it some short time after the thread, but it was still qute a pain for a while.

I believe the final levels had the most deaths of mine throughout the whole game when the credits and such rolled, and my total number of deaths from my whole playthrough was maybe around 80.

Most of the other levels were relatively alright. I usually just died getting hit in the air (and having not much space to go). When I fought the Enchantress for the first form, she seemed to always hit me in the air and simultaneously knock out a diagonal portion of the platform such that I'd just fall down that way a lot.

I just remembered the boss name, Remnant of Fate.

It's difficult, but quite fun!

Just beat this and I thought it was a little too easy actually. Died the most on Mole Knights stage mostly due to me being a dumb fuc, and Propeller Knights stage because he is a cheap bit ch. Didn't die at all at the Enchantress or Specter Knights stage. Probably died around once or twice everywhere else. I think my grand total for deaths was like 56.

Yeah, it required some mastering from me, and a bit of trial and error, but definitely doable without death. I actually think playing as Plague Knight was even easier for most of the game, for his DLC.
