Post the recipes you have found so far.

stick+stick+stick = bundle
shard+bundle+leather = arrows (crafted at campfire)
ember+leather+stick = fire arrow
blood moss+leather+sludge = bandage +
shard+shard+shard = spike
rope+rope+rope = weave
shard + spike + ? = caltrops
spike+shard+stick = spike arrows
ember+ember+ember = phosphor
string+phosphor+stick = bomb arrow
phosphor+stick+weave = torch +

Filet/meat (x2 or single piece ) + water, + carrots (x2 or single piece) (and if you have potato) + potato = soup

The rest I found is what you listed.

Green mushroom added to food at fire gives increased gems from kills
Red mushroom gives increased damage it looks like

Two fillet and one morsel makes stew, not sure how it's different from soup, but it has 3 plusses. Green elixer also heals some health damage (green mushroom plus any 2 basic food items), was not aware of any benefit to gem drops.

Yes, but it wasn't clear how much more hunger it was filling up, or if it had any lasting effect. I think it did full 100% hunger, where soup is maybe 70%.

I also noticed you can make a 1 + mix with just vegetables, but I didn't so I don't know what it's called (kind of pointless item IMO).

I am trying to save all much meat as possible, I think It fill up better than just vegi... At least Don't Starve my hunger can last longer with soup or stew, I have not drink the soup yet, I kept till I really need them, lol!

This time round I get more meat that stick, lol! I think it's random drop everytime you start (after death or restart from beginning) the game. Yeah , I finally drink the soup cos I got hit by the bigger red creature and 2 jab from him I almost die, lol! )

Met an invisible dude on floor 3 i think that was running away from me. He dropped a crystal orb upon death, which i used to craft a crystal rod
Bundle + rope + Crystal orb = Crystal rod

3x String makes Weave. Weave + Moss + Slime = level 2 bandage (looks bigger than normal one).

Not essentially a recipe but I accidently disovered that if you're bleeding, you can cauterise the wound at the small fire pillars dotted around the maps. Helpful if you don't have bandage materials. Pretty neat!

Found a new one. Blue elixer: blue mushroom + any 2 food. It has a clock icon, causes your hunger,cold, and thirst to be locked like when outdoors for a time. I notice you can do 2 blue mushrooms also, so if you had 3 I would guess it's a more potent version, probably works for all the elixers, but that's just a guess.

Adding green mushroom to your food creates an elixer that doubles the ammount of gems dropped from enemies
Adding a red one makes it a combat elixer that boosts your damage, apparently ( it has a sword icon)

How did you get a crystal orb? I have crystals, but they don't craft into anything that I can figure out. The recipe you listed doesn't work with the crystal. I'm assuming it's just a different item, still haven't figured out what to do with the crystal. Also, maybe this "invisible dude" is something I haven't encountered. The crystals come from a blue lizzard looking creature that runs away.
