Black dots flickering around screen?

Anyone else notice this?

I am having the same issue. They appear on the main menu screen and once I get into the cave. I have tried re-installing, turning off my overclocks, and adjusting every graphics setting. This game seems great but this bug makes it unplayable at the moment. I hope I don't have to refund..

Edit: I am on Win 10/ EVGA 1060 6GB SC/ i5 8600K / 120hz 1080p

Do you mean the dust on film effect? Like this https://youtu.be/KtZwp4kBP4M - that's intentional.

Looks kinda like it, was wondering if it was intentional. Kind of annoying though, wish they had an option to disable it.

I think its intentional. I can see it on people's streams on twitch and on my other PC. Looks very similar to a GPU not rendering the game correctly though. \

Its kinda one of those things you don't really notice until you do and then you can't stop noticing it lol

im noticing this as well, but only when my thirst/hunger is low, i assume its just an effect for that

Yeah, for a moment I thought that might be a graphical issue as well, but it definitely seems like an intentional dust effect, almost like old film grain/dust specks.
