How to get a Steam key if you already bought the PC version elsewhere

If you purchased the PC version of Super Amazing Wagon Adventure before the Steam launch, there's a Steam key with your name on it! How to get your Steam key depends on where you bought the game.

Desura: Visit www.desura.com/collection while logged into your Desura account. Find Super Amazing Wagon Adventure and click "Keys" and there should be a button to get a Steam key.

Indie Royale: Visit the link you got to download the game when you bought the bundle. If you lost that email, go to www.indieroyale.com and click "Lost Key?" at the bottom of the page.

GamersGate: Log in to GamersGate, click My Shelf and the game's name. You should see a link to get a Steam key on the right hand side under the Download button.

I tried the get key thing but I get "You need to get keys from Indie Royale where this game was purchased." :( and I cant access my email as microsoft blocked my hotmail and everything :S damn

I had a ton of problems with developers who seem to think that people don't want a Steam copy of games they already have, or perhaps more likely, who hope that they will just blindly give them more money. Thank you so much for having Steam keys up promptly and without hassle!

I had so much fun with this game before Steam, I would have been willing to pay for it again! Gonna redeem my IR key & gonna purchase a random friend of mine a copy instead! Thanks much for the generosity in giving keys to previous purchases.. Awesome move on your part, and many karma points to you for doing so!

@(°o°) That stinks! If you have your Indie Royale account info I think you can also get it from http://www.indieroyale.com/collection. You can also get indieroyale to resend the email from their site.

@Dieithrio I don't have plans for adding Steamworks features right now, sorry. I looked into it but I wanted to add new content to the game and didn't want to push the release back too far.

@Willy Rage Sorry, I'm not giving out Steam keys to Xbox purchasers now. There's no automated way for me to do that, and it also would be somewhat unfair to PC purchasers since there's a small price difference between the versions. The Xbox version has the same stuff in it though, so there's no reason to buy the game twice unless you really want to :)

Totally awesome that you were able to do this, but I bought it again on Steam anyway to help support the game. It's just that hilariously awesome! Hope it does really well on Steam.

I'll definently pick this up again. Since building my rig I don't play that much xbox anymore. I remember the night I found it cruising the Indie section. I was having such a blast playing it that everyone in the party chat went and downloaded a copy.
