You have to login to steam through the web page first, afterwards you can link your existing key to your Steam account and you'll see it pop up in your list of games on Steam.
Jesus I must have edited this comment a dozen times now. I'm trying to give good clarification on what you need to do so there aren't any problems.
In the latest news post that's been made which talks about being released on Steam, look for where it says that you can transfer existing keys over.
I really can't make it any clearer than this.
If you're having problems getting to the page where you can enter your Blockland key and start the process then it's a problem on your end with the web browser.
This is the direct link to it again. There aren't any problems on my end when I access it through the main Blockland website, so I don't know what to tell you other than to try again later.
This page lets you to convert current Blockland ownership over to Steam.
You will keep your current Blockland ID number.
Log in to Steam
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
I CLICK THAT BUTTON, NOTHING HAPPENS. Kapeish?
Yeah I see what's happening now.
Try going to the main steam website and log into your account there and THEN try going back to the blockland website to do it.
(you should probably leave the Steam website open after you've logged in)
Maybe it'll work then?
You'll know if the transfer was successful because it outright tells you as soon as it finishes.
The game will also appear in your Steam library.
(Just a note, you'll have to transfer your addons and stuff from your original Blockland directory to the Steam one after it installs. And if you're using RTB you'll need to change the keybinding for the RTB overlay since it interferes with Steam's overlay)
Then it's a problem on your end. I can't imagine a pop-up blocker being the culprit but it is possible. You might just try again later and see if it works then?
If it isn't you, then from what you've told me it could be a problem on Valve's end with Steam.
If all else fails, wait a while and try it again later.
