Is this game worth getting?

Back in my middle school years I was big on playing Roblox. The games were fun, even if the community was a bit ♥♥♥♥. I eventually had to stop playing all together when I discovered Roblox was giving my computer Viruses. It happened not once, but twice. The exact same virus, after playing Roblox.

So years later I discover Blockland and the idea of a brick based multiplayer building game has me very excited. I'm just wondering if it's worth it.

It's worth if you really like multiplayer and different gamemodes like jaibreak,prison escape,TDM and others. And you need to respect all the rules. Sometimes there can be badadmins that bans you for literally no reason but don't care them. I suggest you to play Jailbreak,it's quite hilarious sometimes.

The game is honestly in a decline(but not dead) compared to before the steam version, but you'll still have a blast if you stay off of the Family RP/FNAF RP/Undertale RP/Anything-RP servers.

I like speedkart, physics are wonderfully ridiculous, as far as public servers go. I like private servers with friends more than public.

You really should invest. Community is not all that big, which is fine since it is less of a cluster ♥♥♥♥. In the moment you do end up buying it, I suggest staying away from the forums unless you know how to actually control yourself posting on public forum places such as the blockland forums. Have fun.

Roblox doesn't give viruses. Unless you fell for a roblox scam or got hacked, then you shouldn't get viruses.

Roblox won't give you a virus unless YOU did something wrong when installing the launcher. Roblox is mainly a website that can't mess with your computer. The only things that you must install something for is studios and the launcher for playing games, which both are safe.

In others words the only way you could have gotten a website is installing the Launcher from the wrong website, installing a virus from a scam a player told you to get (which is most likely a "fr33 ROBUX L!NK OVR ERE", or somehow managing to screw up the installation.
