Return to Blockland?

I know that some of you may not know what RTB is, and that's perfectly okay. So let me explain my premise. RTB, return to blockland, was a mod that changed the game entirely by allowing addons, much like the steam workshop. Since Blockland has moved over to steam, I would think that RTB would follow, only to find that their website is down. I think it would be in Blockland's best interest to either, A. Bring back RTB or B. Move to the steam workshop.

I think B. because RTB was made by Ephialtes and, although a douche, he's a good coder, so the fact that he's stopped forever means there's no chance of RTB coming back.

First of all, thank you for your replies. When I meant integrate Steam Workshop, it wasn't purely for RTB to come back, because archives have been made with a billion addons. What I was trying to get across is that the Steam Workshop would bring in a whole different amount of people in to try and mod the game, hence making more addons.

Justy keep in mind, RTB was purely fan-made, while Workshop support would require official work. When you say we need workshop, you're implying that Badspot fix a problem he never had anything to do with in the first place.

I do, at the very least, think the Add-Ons section on the forums could use a big more organising.

Agreed. Addons need to have sub-forums.
Ex: In addons, there would be certain forums for different types of addons.
1. Weapons
2. Vehicles
3. Event Mods
4. Client side mods
5. Server Mods
6. Dumps, Packs, Etc.

So many replies! Thank you so much for keeping the thread interesting. As the above comments stated, the Add-Ons section is horrible! I hope that this issue is settled soon, as the addon section is inadequately optimized.

I would go with B, because think about it. Badspot will loose money because not as many people will buy it becuase of it not being on steam :/

Making me tear up... Ima man... Ima man... But no, I dont think they will... Mainly because the IRC component of RTB is now build into steam. Maybe their considering a workshop??
