is there a way to change my blockland display name/username?
bought this game a while back & used a different handle, but now I want it to be the same @ as my current steam tag.

I'm aware there's a thread on the official support site, but it doesn't seem too clear and doesn't make sense to me.

No, due to keys getting leaked some accounts became unrecoverable. Now we are unable to change our names

Nope. it was an unrelated policy decision taken at the same time that happened.
