how do i get the book of fable that is between ichabod and the elevator pic in the book of fables menu?

Its called Bluebeard's mercy, I think I got it by stopping Bluebeard from torturing Dee. The one I am missing is the one after the elevator but before the witching well...

This one is for the magic mirror. I guess you get it by questioning it after TJ and Toad are gone and you decline the option of checking the body right away, but I'm not sure.

that is correct i belive you question the magic mirror when snow asks you want to leave now or later say "give me a minute"
