Snow White is a weak leader and the fabletown government isn't better. Bluebeard's money is the only thing keeping it together and even then, they don't have the power to changes things for the better.
Sure the crooked man doesn't seem any better, but at least he isn't an hypocrite and isn't afraid to get his hands dirty. I've tried to play a good guy all along but I think about ending on the Crooked Man's side at the end.
A tragic ending seems fitting anyway.
There isn't going to be an option to go over to the Crooked Man's side.
How can you be so sure ?

Comic spoilers ahead
Have you actually read the comics? The farm is actually a nice place but, like many places, is defined by it's inhabitants. Collins brothers and other animals on the farm are, essentially, starting a coup (Which you see in the first few issues of Fables). This makes the farm a scary place for those who don't agree with the ideologies of those planning the coup (In fact, collin gets his head chopped off in the first few comics because of this). Once Rose Red, Snows sister, is put in charge of the farm after the coup is defeated, the farm is actually a great place again, not under threat of extremists
Yes, but the Farm at present under the charge of Weyland is much the same as it is under Rose.
Actually that isn't even a response to that point. The following characters are not in the comic Bloody Mary, The Tweedles, Johan, The Crooked Man, Auntie Greenleaf, Jersey Devil, Lily, Grendel, Holly, Detective Brannigan, Tiny Tim, Nerissa, Georgie, The unnamed Ginger man, Faith, Vivian, Prince Lawrence & Badger
The following characters do Bigby, Snow, Beauty, Beast, Crane, Bufkin, Colin, Flycatcher, Bluebeard, Jack, Red Riding Hood, Cinderella (technically not appeared but there is an unused model for her), The Magic Mirror, Toad, The Woodsman.
Read the comics, it really does explain everything you're worried about, Snow White turns out to be a great deputy mayor, the farm isn't really bad but the people their have been in that place for over a hundred years and feel like its a prison and Colin actually does roam around out in the city, he even walks by multiple mundies in the streets.

Since she became your boss...its a big job you know running things when they are falling apart all around you and getting out of control...not to mention her promotion coming on the heels of her former boss's 'fall from grace', the serial killer, and what passes for a government structure that's universally broken, distrusted, powerless, and reviled by those its supposed to govern, yeah?
That's a bitter pill to swallow for anyone...especially a perfectionist like Snow.
