How did [SPOILER] actually kill her? [SPOILERS]
How did Georgie actually go about killing Lilly? She's a troll, and he's so weak he died from a stab wound.

I think that as soon as he approached her to remove the ribbon, she would have turned (since she was glamoured as Snow at the time) and, well, would have defended herself.

The only thing I can think of is that Crane's fantasy involved her actually be sleeping, under some kind of drug. In that case it would be easy for Georgie to come just after Crane had left and remove the ribbon while she was sleeping.

But still, there was a LOT of blood in that bed. Dripping all over. Vivian's death didn't make a mess like that. Am I missing something big here? Why would he leave the room like that instead of cleaning it up? This part of the plot is confusing me.

I'm sorry if this has been discussed, I've searched the forums but couldn't find anything.

SPOILERS

Just because Georgie said he killed her, doesn't mean he killed her. For example, 'Nerissa' described how he killed 'Faith' in the last scene, and that doesn't go along with the evidence(don't want to retype walls of text, but it's most likely that one girl was killed in Lawrence's appartement with the blooded dagger). So if he was wrong about one girl, he could have been wrong about both. Also he would be a complete moron to kill someone in the place where all the girls work, so it's entirely possible it was someone else. They have the club, they have the foundry, they have the teleporting castle - Georgie could have done it anywhere. The reason to leave a mess is to let Bigby see it, same logic as with putting the head at his front door.
K, that's a bit offtopic, I just don't want Georgie to get all the blame when there is not so much unclear points about him compared to others.

Large amount of blood - probably just because she was a troll. Glamour works like a skin only, if I remeber comics right, the insides (like blood amount) are still there. Another thing is that she was dragged all the way to the door, while Vivian remained in place.
You might also be asking why the blood trails end at the door suddenly and why Beauty didn't see anyone carrying anything - consider the magic teleport door of Crooked man castle and you have the answer.

Excellent answer, thank you so much. I was thinking that Geogie didn't kill her too but didn't remember those facts to back it. Thanks!

Georgie told Lily to go to Cranes because remeber Lily wasn't with her Apointment. Either like you said the sleeping part happened and she was truly asleep so Georgie could have came in after, or Georgie just pulled it before she could do anything, or Georgie was Glamoured as Crane. But probibly Georgie set up the "regular" crane apointment. There is so much Blood because after her heard fell off Bigby notices that the Blood stain is if the Body was dragged. So the bleeding neck left drag marks across the bed.

So why was there no blood when vivian removed her ribbon?

I think there should have been blood in there but they maybe thought it was too gore to show? Seeing a pool of blood is one thing but...

As a 3D animator myself I can tell it's very easy to make bleeding look fake, so maybe they just thought it was more aesthetic that way. Either way, I don't think it concerns the plot but is a technical thing instead.

If you want a good explanation to the 'bllood all over the place' in Lily's case (it was on the walls and the clock even), try a theory that Woodman's axe was used(just imagine how would one cut a head off with an axe, splashes assured), instead of the ribbon. Would also be a link to the whole 'disappearence' sequence of that axe. Could also explain 'unrelated' things like an additional bruise on Lily's neck.
