It's also implied that any condition, mentality, etc that a Fable has in their source material carries over to their actual form, like the Crooked Man's crooked body, Tiny Tim's injured leg, Bigby's various powers, and so on. Georgie's little nursery rhyme implies Georgie is actually weak and cowardly, which may have been the why of why he died so easily.

You just don't know well the story.
That's because 99% of this game is an "advertisement" for a graphic novel series. It's not mentioned in the game like the billion other things that should have been inlcuded in MUCH longer episodes with MUCH more content.
I do feel like Georgie keeled over a little too easily, though. We established early on (from Faith) that Fables are hard to kill. They should have gashed his heart and lung between his ribs instead of just gut-stabbing him. That's a wound that would kill a man more or less immediately, but a Fable could have survived as long as Georgie did. I mean, if Woody and Jersey can take an axe to the head, and Prince Lawrence can essentially commit suicide 3 times and live ...
