Possible fix for stuttering and lag.

I had stuttering every 3-4 seconds with a framrate of 144 fps.
I went and set cpu priority to high in the task manager and the stuttering stopped.
Maybe this will help someone else out there.

You could also try to set "Power Plan" to "High performance" when gaming. This will keep the CPU frequency to max and stop the stuttering for games that don't put enough load on the CPU. Are you on Windows 10?
