What is the Witching Well?
What is it, what's it's backstory and how does it work?

It doesn't actually get explained until The Good Prince story. In the comic the Fables put the corpses of their dead down it. However the story arc which deals with it clearly reveals the residents of Fabletown are unaware of what lies at the bottom of it. Although wouldn't particuarly surprise me if Totenkinder was fully aware and said nothing.

totenkinder is a bigger mystery imo then rest of the characters, even bigbys dad. only bigger mystery seems to be island of "killer toys". but speaking of well, its just a spoiler after spoiler. like what happened to bufkin and frankenstein
♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ the Fables comic is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ complicated...

it is, 150 issues and im not counting the spin-off and side stories not that important to main one. but its definetly worth it. once you start reading, you'll just keep telling yourself "just one more issue/chapter and then i'll work". its one of the very few books that hooked me up this much

Then you get to the end and realise Willingham clearly didn't actually have a plan for how the story should proceed after issue 75.

i still liked it very much after issue 75, i think he still got it tho i see what you probably mean. it can be seen much more at the booboolak, or what his name was, the dark lord. and i would say that bill was losing the charm and mojo of it at last winnowing. you can see it was rushed and that it was done just to wrap up and finish it. i think he saw that if he continued at this point, it would just get wrose and worse, eventually ruining it. but he wrapped it up too fast, there was almost no time for that last arc to settle in like other arcs

Mr Dark. The direction for the last storyline comes out of nowhere and just seemed liked an arbitary plot for the sake of there being a conflict for the final few issues and is wrapped up just as arbitarily.
Allthough the end of Jack pretty much revealed that Willingham is not good at writing a satisfying ending as the direction in that was even more arbitary. The final issue of the main series contains huge amount of filler and ends on Willngham somewhat copying an idea from the final storyline of Sandman The Wake except in that as the idea is events are being witnessed by a dreamer who wakes up just before seeing Daniel meet the rest of The Endless in Fables there isn't really decent reason for why you don't actually get to see the reunion between Rose & Snow.

Umm, I'd just like to ask where I can buy the comic series? Or watch? I'm not an American. Would that be a problem?

you got it pretty much right. only thing that i would add to is how they gave big part to totenkinder and rest of 13th floor which that alone was worth it. yes it came out of nowhere, yes it was arbitrary, but he nailed the totenkinder and 13th floor in that story arc
Part of me thinks Mr Dark was not so much about himself being a major issue and more about the revelations of secrets and reigniting long subdued issues while trying to survive forcing all the Fables to face aspects of their past they wanted to hide from and admit how even they didn't always have the truth of their stories.

I think it was just about doing something to significantly change the status quo of the comic and remove North Wind as Dark was only ever going to removed by a Deus Ex Machina

Yeah thats what I'm saying while Mr Dark can be seen as a failure from the point of making a good villain arc if the intent was to create a good catalyst to set up the changes needed for everything else he was a big success in that role. He cleaned up a lot of dangling plots that were no longer planned to go anywhere, removed the witching cloak as an easy answer to problems, showed why the thirteenth floor for all its power was never just able to easily magic away issues and allowed North Wind a way to show even more the care he had for his family then just boxing himself alone to avoid killing Ghost would have done.

For me I think the failure came in on the whole Spratt controling Bigby plot as it felt more forced and didn't have the payoffs to make it feel worthwhile
