Can't start demo, stuck on control selection.

I can't start the demo. When it asks me to select my control method nothing happens. It makes sounds as if I am selecting something in a menu, but no selections are being made and I can't get past that screen, or even back out of it, I am forced to ALT+F4 the demo just to leave....

Ship/character movement in a Rez clone is always nice to see, but are you guys going to incorporate 360-degree camera rotation?
